Definition of Terms:


Platform: Refers to www.Worknoble.com.

Buyer: An individual who purchases a service on our platform.

Seller: The Freelancer offering a service.


Users (Sellers and Buyers) are Required to Read this Policy. If you do not agree with any of the terms here, please do not proceed with the use of this site/platform.


We offer full refunds in the following cases:


1. Failure to Meet Project Requirements: If the Seller fails to meet the requirements of a project within the specified time frame for completing the Gigs.

2. Misrepresentation of Services: If the Seller cannot execute the job as claimed in the description of their Gigs.

3. Timely Dispute Resolution: If the Buyer opens a dispute within 3 days from the date of delivery of the Gigs.

4. Deceptive Practices: If the Seller has lured the buyer into purchasing the job through false pretenses.


To open a dispute, simply navigate to the Order Page and click the Dispute Button located at the bottom of the page.


In every case, our Mediating Team will conduct a thorough investigation and make a fair and informed decision.
